This research article talks about Protecting Kids and the illegal use of Anonymizing tools to engage in the use of what children call Artificial Intelligence.
In the research study http://deborahfarnsworth.webs.com/index.htm the theory is to discover what does the "command to go" mean to the people who hear it, how do we help "Kids make laminated cards to remind them how to get the facts" for the police, and how to teach people how to make their own police reports to the police department, and ultimately teach themselves and others: about how to make "no" statements.
The "no" statement will make the person who is harassing you know what they are doing is wrong and the consequences for their action should be told. What do you do if you are alone! The first thing you want to do is to feel safe. If you are alone in a store, go talk to the cashier behind the counter. Tell them who you are if you need help or you are missing. Do not talk to just anyone! If, you are at home. Talk to your parents.

There is an international police department called INTERPOL that will take a police report from anyone around the world by e-mail. I think they want to find missing children.
